Burj al-Taqa, the Energy Tower of Dubai

Still in the making, Burj al-Taqa (energy tower) will be completely self reliant and will run off the grid. Which means, it will create its own electricity. This tower will have a unique 197 foot diameter wind tower on its roof and arrays of solar cells totalling 161,459 square feet.
