I haven’t updated my blog for quite sometime because I am currently vacationing in Dubai. My Mom, Dad and Brother are residents of Dubai and I am visiting them after four years, first time after I got married.

Dubai has changed a lot and I feel more like a tourist even though I lived in Dubai for 19 years before moving to California. I have seen quite a few wonderful sights in Dubai and I plan to share it as soon as I get back.

I really miss blogging but I have decided to really take a break from everything and concentrate on having FUN. I will be going back to California end of June.

Stay tuned for all the fun things that I will be sharing with you once I get back :)

Thanks for the post. How I understand you! I spend my holidays in Dubai two times a year. It is marvellous. I am dreaming about living there. I like their traditions, climate, people…. I like everything there. I think everybody who saw their famouts hotel considers it the second beauty after the House of Opera in Sydney. I wait for your new articles!

I heard Burj Al-Arab was magnificent. Was it beautiful? I would love to experience that hotel someday… but I heard the fee can go up to about a million dollars. T_T

Hey Mister, you should definitely try out the Madinat Al Jumeirah. It is souk-type area with water taxis and shopping arcades. Also, take a look at the water fountains at the Burj Dubai area. Enjoy!

Dubai offers tourists more and more reasons to visit the country. I would love to see the sites! Go ride camels, drive on the sand dunes, visit the awesome man made marvels there that I've only seen on television! I hope you are enjoying every single day of your vacation. Thanks!
