Elections are over; people have decided that Bush is a lame duck President who can do nothing but scare people. He scared people by telling them that electing Democrats they would allow Terrorists to win. If’ that wasn’t enough, he fired Rummy the very next day. Now I don’t know why no one talked about this but the reason he did this after the midterms was to burry the news that he had lost both house and the senate.

By burry I don’t mean that he totally over shadowed the loss, but yeah, this bomb that he dropped the next day made him look like someone just spanked Bush Bin Bush and he now wants to probably get back on track.

But ask your self, why didn’t Bush fired Rummy before the elections? This would have helped him in some shape or form in the elections. I always used to think that he is a dumb person surrounded by few very smart people…. now I think he is a dumb person surrounded by only people who act and think like him.

I was hearing alot about the newly release Dhoom 2 soundtrack but it’s just ALL RITE! Sorta dissappointed because the original Dhoom soundtrack was off the hook.

I am really waiting to watch the movie, Aishwariya looks amazing and ofcourse Hrithik looks more ripped than ever. They are working together for the first time.

Hrithik Roshan will be seen doing roller-blading, sky diving, sand boarding, snow boarding, jumping off a cliff and in various other stunts. He has around 15 different get ups in this movie, a dwarf, a woman and many different hair styles.

The great GOD, also known as U.S.A has finally after a long circus of trial has given the verdict that the dictator Saddam Hussein will be hanged along with his brother and a senior official.

Was this good? Of course! Does the end justify the means? I don’t think so, his sentence wasn’t worth 655,000 Iraqi corpses. That figure is according to the latest John Hopkins study of number of Iraqis dead since the invasion. In today’s day and age, Saddam could have been killed in a snap if the whole intention wasn’t to ridicule Arabs and spit on their face by telling them, “we can hang one of you,” and your pride game is over now.

I say “Thou Shall be Hanged” because Bush has referred to this war as a “crusade”. A guy who graduated from Yale knows very well that the word “crusade” has been used historically in a religious context and for the war that was waged against Muslims. Bush did retract from what he originally said but the world is not as dumb as he pretends to be.

I know most of you know that Bush thinks God talks to him… so what he did was according to God’s will and so this is a verdict by God technically. Now tell me something, what’s the difference between Bin Laden and Bush? Both thing they are doing things for the God’s will. One is a head of state; one is a head of a terrorist network. Their ideologies are the same, they prosecute it differently.

ElGenaidi, President and CEO of the Islamic Networks Group that advocates education about Islam, said “I have every right to keep my hijab on, and what I want to know is are you going to protect us?” during the forum held in Fremont yesterday in memory of Oct. 19 slaying of Fremont mother of six Alia Ansari.

ElGenaidi said this in response to Fremont’s Vice Mayor Steve Cho’s remarks that he made. He said “We would like to encourage people to keep traditions as they have always been,” and he followed this remark by saying Muslim women should re-consider wearing the hijab because it “might make them a target.”

Cho wasn’t really trying to offend anyone, he was only making the people in the forum aware of the realities on the ground. If you stand out, obviously you will be a target and Muslim women who wear hijab do stand out more than Muslim men.

By the way, why are we talking about hijab? It’s just an assumption that she was killed because of her hijab, it’s not proven yet. In fact this case is not even being treated as a hate crime yet. This person who fired the shot could be some lunatic on drugs and this could probably be completely random without any probable motive.

I also heard that the husband left for Afghanistan with the kids, why? The investigation is under way in his wife’s murder and he leaves the country? What could possibly be more important than finding out who killed your wife and for what reason?

Alia Ansari, 37, mother of six was gunned down in Fremont, California on October 19th 2006. She was walking her 3 year old daughter to school and was allegedly targeted because of her Hijab or for the fact that she was a Muslim. This conclusion was reached when there was no motive found behind the shooting and this crime is now treated as a “Hate Crime” by the community.

A local group is organizing a “Wear a Hijab Day” to respond to Alia’s death and all violence toward Muslim women. According to Foundation for Self Reliance or FSR:

“What we know is that the Alia Ansari murder was an act of violence, and possibly an act of hate. It is in the spirit of solidarity that we have planned this day to honor Alia Ansari, and to express our deepest respect for her, and her faith.

We would also like to support all other women, men, and children who wear hijabs or turbans, or dress or look differently, and show them that they are not alone. We are continuously working toward making Fremont a safe home for all.”
